Refund and Return Policy
1. Made-to-Order Production
All products by Raison D’etre Atelier are made-to-order and handcrafted individually for each customer upon purchase. This ensures the highest standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail, while supporting a sustainable production model.
2. No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the bespoke and made-to-order nature of our garments, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. Customers are encouraged to review all product details, including sizing and customization, prior to placing an order.
3. Alterations for Sizing Issues
In case of sizing issues, we offer one-time complimentary alterations. Customers may ship the garment back to our studio for the necessary adjustments. The cost of shipping the garment to us will be borne by the customer, and we will cover the cost of shipping it back after alterations. Any additional alteration requests beyond the first will incur a charge.
4. Order Confirmation and Cancellation
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including measurements and shipping information, are accurate at the time of purchase. Once an order is confirmed, no changes can be made.

5. Defective or Damaged Items
If an item is received in a defective or damaged condition, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs. Upon evaluation, we may offer a resolution at our discretion, which may include repair or replacement.

By placing an order with Raison D’etre Atelier, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
